Thanks, PG. Yes, they're especially fast when they're falling striaght down out of the oak trees. I could hardly believe my eyes the first time I saw that!
Thanks, Suzy! And welcome home!
What a face!
Cool shot Patti. These little guys are fast as a lightning bolt.
Thanks, Pat. :)

Thank you, Gladstone, Sissel, Shirley, CM, Wolflady, & Ank. :)
Ank -- it's a chipmunk, which is a kind of rodent. Similar to a squirrel. Not sure if it's also classified as a marmot. I don't think so.
Very cute, and I like the title. We don't have this cutie walking around. It Is a kind of marmot?
He looks lovely.
I love them too, but sometimes they can cause trouble. I have seen some
of their messes.., but I feed them all the time.
Aw, a sweet photo PLG. Thanks
So very cute, Thanks Patti.
Great foto - I understand why its okay to raid in between , if you can experience this - Thanks for sharing :-)
I agree they are cure little fellows. Thanks.
Thanks, TS. I love them too. Even if they do raid the garden sometimes. :)
I love these little fellers! They're so beautiful and cute all at the same time. And we don't have them around here. At least I've never seen one. Their cousins (squirrels) are plentiful, though. Thanks.
