I totally understand! I do the the same thing after a nice summer rain!!

I've just been out and fertilized the lawn and now I'm soaking wet but in a week or two I'm going to have a lovely green lawn again. Yep, the temperature has dropped right down, morris, and I'm now able to open all the doors and windows to cool the house down. It must sound rather strange for someone to hear me get excited when it rains, but rain is something we don't get much of!!!

We were just about melting yesterday with 100 degree weather and I'm now sitting here listening to the most wonderful sound - RAIN!!! It's a good steady, soaking rain as well.
