Thank you, Trudy, for the news. I've passed it on to my daughter so my grandson, who is a big panda fan, can be told at an appropriate time before seeing it on the news.

I just wish there was something we could do...one feels so helpless with the struggle of wee ones.

Baby panda born at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C. didn't make it. Poor baby.
