Would that I could...
Why are you reporting this puzzle?
We saw this house a year ago; it was a sorority (I think), which is one of the uses of the big old properties. Now it's for sale.
I couldn't find a realtor listing for the property, but I'm guessing it's around 3,000 square feet on about 1/2 acre, walking distance to everything in Potsdam, including the universities. It's assessed for $155K.
If only.... It clearly needs work - the porch steps need paint and may be rotted; the roof is showing ice damage, etc. But what a house! The neat little porch next to the tower? There's another one on the side. No idea what the interior looks like after 50 years of fraternity/sorority living, but it clearly was pretty special when it was built - it may still have beautiful hardwood trim and fireplaces.
