What a treasure. Beautiful!
She is certainly artistic. She makes jewelry too.
Love it, your friend is great
A very nice painting and I am with Muffin on the feathers:)
Thought so too, muffin.
Shirley, not really. I just liked the pieces and they sure don't charge much for them. This one was $20.00, frame and all.
Will post an intarsia or 2 today for you, morris.
All those pieces would make fine puzzles snooker.
You're a wonderful person snooker, no doubt about it.
The feathers are the perfect touch
Have paintings from 3 different women, a wood carving by a man and 3 intarsia pieces by a couple - all residents at one time in the park.
My daughter-inlaw has a setting on her camera for taking photos that are behind glass, I don't believe I have the setting on mine, would be handy, so nice of you snooker to support your local artists.
Your friend is very talented!
Suzy, since we saw the macaws in Brazil I thought it would be a nice picture to have.
Sally, I closed the curtains all over the place and even moved furniture trying to get rid of reflections on the glass. Was bent down below the picture to get this one.
Another good shot... Its very difficult to take photos of art work under glass... You done good.... Very clever adding real feathers... :) :)
No sunglasses were used when taking this picture.
What a great painting-and the feathers are the perfect touch.
The artist had already placed the feathers under the glass in the frame. Can't take the credit for that idea.
Gorgeous painting and love the feathers, thanks!
She is very talented and I really like your touch in displaying it, thanks snooker.
Have a smaller watercolor she did of a cardinal also. I try to support the local artists and have work from a number of them in my place.
Very nice, snooker!!!
The woman who has the house with the painted quilt painted this picture. It is hanging in my living room.
