I kept tweaking this puzzle and finally said, "Enough is enough." We are are own worst critics, but it was still fun. Hope you enjoy the solve. I had a great weekend and hope it continues the rest of the week. Hope the same for all of you. Sending you love, hugs and smiles and reminding you to be kind to someone today. It's contagious.

OH DEAR!!!! SOMETHING WAS BOTHERING ME, AND IT JUST DAWNED ON ME. THOSE AREN'T OCTAGONS; THEY ARE HEPTAGONS--SOME CALL THEM SEPTAGONS. SO SORRY.I'm embarrassed, because I taught high school and college geometry. Duh!!!

I like the bright colors in the centre the most.
Once did I the same as you. I was posting a puzzle also with the name "octagons" and yes..... they where septagons.
A nice woman "elizellen" was solving always my puzzles and she was saying in her comment something like..."thanks for the pretty heptagon puzzle". So nice from her.
I miss her a lot, she was about 84 years old at that time. First was her name jojoson, after elizellen something like jo sven. Maybe that you also know her, it is about a year ago that she was not solving puzzles anymore, yes I miss her nice comments so much.

No worries about the title, Judy. It was just as beautiful no matter what it's called. I have posted puzzles of diamonds and called them triangles (more than once), so it's understandable you'd make that mistake. Great puzzle, nice little challenge. Loved it when it popped up at the end. I too am my own worst critic. Sometimes I just can't stop and finally have to sit back, look at my puzzle, and say, "done". Thanks, Judy.
