My first house after getting married. The trees in this area are just majestic. The flowering tree is a relatively new addition, as is the circle driveway. Nothing is ever the way you remember it!

My pleasure, Hanne. Glad you stopped in.

Good or bad? The tree is beautiful anyway!! Thanks so very much tex!!

I had planted a white Dogwood in back, along with some other pink flowering ones, and the Dogwood was huge last time I saw it. When I took this photo the other day, the Dogwood was not there anymore. Guess it bit the dust!

Thank you, Patty, RR & LJ. Yes, the trees all down that street are huge. When we bought that house we saw them being planted, just teensy things! Makes me feel old!

Thank you, Chickie, Lyndee & Glad. My yard when I lived there was it's best feature, and now it's gone! Oh, well, less work, I guess.

Thank you Tex for sharing your dream house. Love those big trees and of cousre the pear tree. We have two pear trees next to our house.

Thanks, Ank, aren't the trees on the parkway huge? Thanks, Warb, of course! I think the Rolls must have been in service that day.

I see there is an old junker out front instead of the Rolls, too. :-)

Yes I can imagine, I have that same feeling when I drive through the street where I grew up. But this house looks nice and the tree is beautiful.

texasstar7

It did, but was sort of sad too, it had changed a lot. Thanks.

Hope it brings happy memories Tex
