And all those people on that blinking boat could certainly have helped. Those turkeys!!!!! What a tight spot to be in. Great driving by the captain, I would say!

This leisure boat squeezed in behind us in the lock after we'd done all the hard work opening the gates. Grr! The walkway that has been cut out of the rockface had a wonderful 30' carving depicting the local scenery.
