I hadn't until this morning either Prue!! We got a measly 3.5mm - and it looked so promising too!! Today the wind has dried it all out:(((

Proobear

Haven't seen any of these here. We had 10.5 mls yesterday. What did you get?

robryan

Not quite Beekay!!!

I just went looking for him on Google Shirley - he's a Leaf-Roller Fly! I never even knew they existed!!

shirley68

I've never seen one of these, he looks like he's from the fly family, bit like a march fly but wrong colouring. Thanks, Rob.

Beekay

Looks like one end bites and the other end stings!

robryan

I hadn't either Lyndee - until I went looking for small things to try & photograph!! Thanks!

lyndee

Don't think I've ever seen one of these little critters. :)
