Deborah, I tried to duplicate the frame on this one again today and could not quiet match it LOL Maybe one day I will figure it out again LOL Thank you for the compliment :-)
Gail, glad this one brought back fond memories for you too :-)
Wonderful puzzle Kathy! I just loooove your framing on this one! :)))
Thank you for a fun, colorful puzzle. I used to do both the techniques with my students when I was teaching.Gail
Kirsten, glad that it brought back favorable memories :-) I use to shave tiny pieces of crayons betwee two layers of clear waxed paper, like a sandwich. Then you would heat it with an iron and it would melt the crayons that were between the waxed paper. I haven't thought of that in years :-)Thanks for the memories too :-))))))
You are most welcome Mariasha :-)
These kaleidos and the frame reminds me of that thing we did as kids - where you would draw lots of colours on paper with wax crayons, and then cover it in black. And then you would scratch shapes into the black, and the colours would come through! It's lovely, as usual, Kathy! Thanks very much. :)))
that was fun...thanks!
Buckeye, thank YOU for doing the puzzle and for taking the time to leave a wonderful comment!!!!
I love this one! Gorgeously colored kaleidos and frames. Very dramatic on the black background. Thanks!
