Hi Ank ! Thank you for your note. Glad you liked the picture.
Hi jc. Thanks for your comment. I was trying to say it both ways because this is an international site but I think I just made it worse. Perhaps I'll stick to metric and let everyone do their own conversions.
Love the metric, Celsius and so on.
Cevas, I have given up trying to convert English to Metric and vice versa. Too confusing! If I want to know how many 70 mm is, I just plug the numbers into Google. I figure everyone else does, too.
Why we don't throw away the English system is beyond me.
Thanks for your comments, katzmum. Glad you liked the puzzle.
What a pretty avenue, love the horse tracks, thank you!
Oops! Not 7 inches more like 2 and 3/4 inches. Sorry!
Hi goingsilver. Glad you liked the puzzle. Yes, I thought the tracks were neat too.
Hi Gladstone. Thanks for stopping by and writing a nice comment. So looks like Saskatchewan is deeper into Autumn than British Columbia. We had tons of tain yesterday (about 70 mm or 7 inches) and expecting another 50-70 mm today! Oh well, I guess the trees needed a good long drink.
Hi jc. Thank you very much for your encouraging comments! I'm glad North Vancouver was a pleasant surprise.
Great picture, cevas! I like the horse shoes, the green grass and the flowers. This is not what I expected about Canada! You have a beautiful city!
Good to see flowers blooming. Not here anymore.
Such a novel idea; it's great!
Notice the horse tracks in the sidewalk.
