It likes dry conditions...might not like the humidity there...but there is an article about growing it..

Dilubreuer

Will try asking the supplier when we get back to Baguio Meg. Thanks.

megabelle2000

maybe by rooting cuttings??

Dilubreuer

Sad...how would they be propagated in that case Jan? Welcome and hugs!

jan42ful

I really like them Lunie, and had a few one summer but they didn't set seed. Sadly a lot of modern plants don't any more. I think it's to prevent them from getting into bush land, but I love plants that set seed. Hugs my friends.

Dilubreuer

It's ok Patti!

P.S. Just in case you didn't see this one. (At your request. But it wouldn't do more than 300 plus pieces.)

I have always called it Statice....
Google says.....Limonium is a genus of 120 flower species. Members are also known as sea-lavender, statice, or marsh-rosemary. Despite their common names, species are not related to the lavenders or to rosemary. They are instead in Plumbaginaceae, the plumbago or leadwort family. The generic name is from the Latin līmōnion, used by Pliny for a wild plant and is ultimately derived from the Ancient Greek leimon (λειμών, ‘meadow’).[1]
