Well, just hard-boil the eggs, scoop out the yolks and mash them with mayonnaise, some mustard, salt and pepper for a basic filling, and then you can add different things like olives, chives, crisp bacon, or interesting Danish tid-bits!They are good for breakfast, lunch, snacks as well as at parties and picnics!

I know! What's up with that? You can never make enough!
I hate making deviled eggs - but love to eat them, hvnbnd . . . but these look so good I am going to have to make some. Maybe for supper tonight we will just have deviled eggs and orange juice!
