Why are you reporting this puzzle?

I always try to not drive immediately behind them, even though it's rare that someone loses a load.

(Btw, I may be pretty tied up for a while, --babysitting. I'll try to pop in when I can.)

:)

Gladstone

I curles since I was a teenager so it is in the blood!

PLG1958

I'm still loving the silence, Dusty. Haven't had to time to miss the noise yet. :) But will be with them again in about a week anyway.

dustydog

And I bet you are glad to have your house back.... Is the silence deafening? But it was fun, to have the grandkids for the duration! I won't get to have my granddaughter until the end of March....hope I can last that long! :) Take care.

Thank you Floyd!

That sounds interesting -- I've never watched curling.

Gladstone

I have been watching quite a bite of curling on TV.
The Canadian Women's Curling have been on all week.
That is a BIG load.
Thank you, Patti.

Thanks, Graciela! (They went home yesterday.)

Graciela

Wow! never seen one of these before! Enjoy your grandkids Patti!

PLG1958

Thank you Gary! Babysitting was at my house this time, so 24/7. Was great, but nice to have peace and quiet again. :)

Right now you will probably see very many of them, I assume they are trying to get the wood hauled before the frost laws go on. I think down here they have already been put on so trucks can only haul about a half a load on most County roads so they haul their loads to a place where they can load it out and haul a full load! Thank you for sharing Patti and hope you fully enjoy the babysitting days while they last!

PLG1958

Thanks so much everyone! (Sorry so brief-- little girls keeping me busy!)

Dilubreuer

i wonder how many trees were cut... Enjoy your babysitting days Patti!

jacki2

we see lots of them too, patti. they are logging all around us now. i stay a safe distance away from them too. will miss you. come back when you can.

is that another rainforest disappearing

looks like pulpwood to me.

Shian2

Not good to travel behind these loads, stay a safe distance Patti, Thank you, and enjoy your babysitting.

goingsilver

I'd not want to drive too close to them either Patti! Happy babysitting :)

Rettch

Are they as scary as a big logging truck roaring down a winding mountain road?

ladywil2

I don't really like these...always kind of scared it will lose part of the load.

david1957

I remember driving on a really foggy day many years ago and there were crashes every few yards on some stretches of road. I saw a car transporter that had braked suddenly and one of the cars on the top deck broke loose and went on to the road in front. Scary!

pumpkinhead

There are some vehicles one avoids following behind too closely...lumber trucks, car carriers, and trucks carrying stone-just to name a few. Enjoy babysitting!!! ლ(╹◡╹ლ)
