That's a great song, great line - remember the first part, "They've gotta name for the winners in the world..."! Funny, though, we've not been winners against Notre Dame; well, not funny ha ha but funny ironic!
I didn't go to Bama but my Dad did when my parents were first married ... and I was attending Bama games before I was born, including the 1959 Liberty Bowl in Philly! So I really am a lifelong fan:-)

The only positive connection I feel for your team is the Steely Dan song, with the line: "They call Alabama the Crimson Tide--call me Deacon Blues".....
