I don't think so........they' weren't invented back then!! :)))
Yes, if you had plenty of money, then you would have many of the conveniences we take to be 'modern'........
LOL Lots of stuff now & not then. There was indoor plumbling & central heat back then. Maybe not way out in the country some didn't have one or both of them.
Wow you're right - I was thinking of more basics like central heat, air conditioning and indoor plumbing. Color me plebeian. :) BTW my name is Lynn.
You're right lambchop, like digital cameras, sleek cars, TV, computers & so much more. LOL
Spending a month would be fantastic - no more than that though as I would miss our modern conveniences too much.
lol ~ yes I did Joyce ... and the back side I had to hear twice :-)))
Hi Vivre ~ I'm very happy for you to find that album & to still know all the songs. Are you enjoying a sing-a-long now?? :))))
Hi Joyce ... unbelievable but I found that hit record of the "roaring twenties" that I listened to as child :-)))~ wow - I haven't heard it for ages but still know them all :-)cover - http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=OJWN127Flabel - http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=P17HMQTC
Hi Lela, lambchop & Vivre ~ I'm glad you all agree it's a great outfit!!! What an era, I wish we could go back in time. I would love to spend a month back there!!! :))))))))
That looks nice though not too warm as could be. The puzzle-pieces were a joy to see. ~ thx Joyce :-) ... (even offer > 7:55)
What a fabulous costume. This era had such wonderful style and drama, and all in good taste :) Thanks for posting this one.
For me, this is the best one yet!.......(Well off the board, 7:30)............
