Dottie, thanks so much for this great memory. The "Sound of Music" is one of Paula's and my favorite movies and we try to watch it every year it comes on television. We were able to see where much of it was filmed in Austria when we were touring there. Thanks so much for posting. Haney :-)...I have found Nanax4.

Thank you, DelSol, momee and Emerger.
That's neat, momee.
Emerger, thanks for your input. You're most welcome.

I loved this movie; it was/is one of my favorites of all time! And my favorite scene from the film is when Maria and the Capt. dance to "Laendler," the Austrian Folk Dance. It was enchanting!
And the idea of making it into a puzzle is wonderful! Thanks so much, Nana, for posting this!!

Great picture- my younger sister was named after Marta Von Trapp!

Yes, it was, smllpkg! Thanks!

One of the best movies ever made!

Lyndee, it is amazing, isn't it?
uu123, he's still got it! LOL!

One of my favorite movies, too. They were all so well-cast, and Christopher Plummer sure was pleasing to the eye :-) . Doesn't look too bad now, either, especially when I take off my glasses.

Amazing Nana......45 years later, they are all still living.
