My Granddaughter sent me the email. It is migrating season for the Hummingbirds and the lady had a small cup of the liquid in her hand. She spent time outside so they would get use to seeing her there and then put the liquid in her hand. I thought it was a wonderful picture and had to share. Naoma

I think it's part of their "chirp". I've had one land on my cup .. in high feeding areas you can get them to land on almost anything if you have something sweet and especially a bright color.
what on earth do you do to attract them to your hands?
Anyone know how the hummers make their clicking sound? Brownie points if you do.
