Just had a look at the website 48. What a nice looking interior, very cosy and I do like the outside seating area. Thanks for that.I'm game Joyce, too nice a pub to pass by and the menu is very tempting. A seat by the fire especially on a cold, wet day like today.Thank you Joyce and 48...Sue
This pub really is huge!!! I love the building and I love the see-through fireplace it has. I think we should go here for a nice meal. Thanks for the great puzzle Sue & thanks 48 for the link!! :))))(time, 3:47)
Another fairly large pub Sue - quite nice though! Here is it's webpage and a snippet:http://www.vintageinn.co.uk/thefirecrestwendover/The Firecrest, which served its first pint in 1827, is handy for visitors to The Buckinghamshire County Museum in Aylesbury, and there is an attractive walk along the Wendover Arm of the Grand Union Canal.
