Good scrutiny, Smllpkg. You noticed some important details. I don't know what that stick thingy is, either, but all I can surmise is that it must have a more decorative than practical function.
Suemarie, you also are very observant. Thank you for the additional light you shed (no pun intended) on this building and the stick!!
Thanks, Irene. I thought it was pretty, too. My husband's son built a small building out on their property with pre-used materials. He had only one window, so that's all he put in. He uses it for a guest house. But Smllpkg's and Suemarie's comment about the equipment storage make sense in the light of the double doors.
I'm glad you like it, too, Jackie. I certainly think it has potential for lots of different uses. Hugs to you, too!
That's a neat thought, Lilygirl -- that it gives character to the property. I like that and agree wholeheartedly!

Certainly a well kept looking shed, love it that it's kept so neat and not hidden in shame. I think it gives character to ones property.

it's really a very cute little bungalow, no matter what it's used for. I love the landscaping around the bungalow, plus the orange doors. li I hope your having a nice day.hugs enjoy.

Whatever it is, I wouldn't mind it at the bottom of my garden, I would find use for it as a guest house and or storage. I think it's very pretty.

I agree--I think it stores lawn/garden equipment, and the part on the right is for a workshop and/or potting area. There also seems to be a wood stove in there, from the looks of the stove pipe showing over the roof. I'm guessing that the white stick is just that--an interesting and unique find the owners stuck in the ground. But I'd love to hear other suggestions! :-))) Very pretty place...

Little window means pretty dark inside for guests. Double door seems to indicate equipment storage. But I like the pops of red amid all the shades of green. Wonder what that white stick thingy is on the right side of the shed?
