Thank you for letting me know, Mr. Bugosi. It's always good to have a general idea of where to head when working on the plans for Ice Cream Stands.
Wendy-at-no.-13...........I think bright and cheerful is best - to go with the nature of our ice-cream-eating inhabitants, who are always bright.....and cheerful.....by nature........(though not always so in the mornings)......
Pat, there was another problem too. In creating the blueprint, I forget to make allowances for the electrical work that would be needed....so even if the freezer was tucked away in a small alcove, there would be no power generated. In other words, the ice cream would melt.
Jon, come over to my house. I've just made a batch of tadpole pistachio so you're welcome to some of it.
Mandy, that was the whole point of posting this discarded blueprint- to get feedback. For the life of me though, I can no longer see the blue paper it was on.
Mr. Bugosi, if you'd like, I'll make a somber looking ice cream stand. Just let me know some time or another.
whatnauts, yes, you hit the nail on the head. I need to include tables, chairs--- well, no, stools, and freezers.
While you are redesigning the ice cream stand - seems like it only needs to be bigger (tables, chairs, freezers), we will admire this miniature.
Well, at least you have captured the bright colours of the happy (sort of) land that is Bonga-Bonga, where all is not as it seems..........even on the best of days!.........
If at first you don't succeed try, try and try again.... I think this is wonderful, Wendy, but I am more than happy for you to continue to design prototypes, as long as you promise to share them for feedback!!!
OK, how about tadpole pistachio?...
I know that you're a perfectionist, but this is fabulous! Couldn't you just put the freezer in a small alcove off to the side?! Really, I love it, and I'm so glad you didn't bin it, as lela would say, but let us all enjoy it!
And besides all that, this was only a prototype (in miniature).
Jon, one of the big problems with this blueprint was that it didn't allow for a large enough freezer, and in fact, it allowed for no freezer. So you're out of luck. No freezer; no ice cream. The ice cream cones that look so realistic are really just wood signs that were nailed on the outside walls.
I'll have the Cherries Bugosi, please...
Mr. Bugosi, this is NO good! It was my first try but I'm not satisfied. There aren't even any stools to sit on or picnic tables.
Oooooooh!....This looks good!....(must go out - will return later)......
In other words, this blueprint was thrown in the trash.
