Why are you reporting this puzzle?

Upper Mesa Falls, Island Park, Idaho, just downstream from Sheep Falls, Henrys Fork of the Snake River. Taken last fall. they only put the boardwalk in a few years ago, before that we hiked the steep hillside to get to the falls. Part of the trail is handicapped accessible but part is way to steep and very hard to get down to the bottom part of the river after it goes over the falls. There is also a lower Mesa Falls that is much more difficult to get to.

Good to see you Beth and laura, will be gone for a couple of weeks, NO internet, out taking more nature photo's. Always hard to catch-up when I get back.

Uh-oh! better not go rafting here! Thanks for posting this, Pilley. It's a great shot!

Beautiful falls Pilley. Definitely don't want to go over that in a raft!!

There are lots of sections of the Snake that are great to float but this is not one of them, river drops way to fast and lots of large lava bolder's. Good to see you cinderfire and lyndee.

lyndee

Living in the midwest and having siblings in Washington state and Oregon, I am a little familiar with Snake River and I'm sure it would be a beautiful rafting trip...........but I think it's a little too rough for me!

cinderfire

Looks like it could be a rough ride at times, but very there, thanks Pilley.
