You two are in a pretty elite group. There seems to be very, very little stonework done in our age, without mortar. It's nice to know that the skill and the physics of such work is not completely forgotten. And this is a wonderful shot. Thanks.

I've jigged a few stone arches, some of them very old. Properly built, they can last thousands of years. The Romans were experts and many of their bridges in Europe can be seen today. They used wooden forms,selected the stones carefully and removed the wood once the keystone was in place.

Sorry - don't mean to pontificate! I've been fascinated by stone without mortar construction ever since I was a child in South Wales :)
