Thanks pkin, I've just been at your place, enjoying your thoughts and artwork!!
Mandy - what a delightful puzzle, just lovely. We use beetroot pickled, but I've never seen it presented so adorably before!
Wow, Lesley, you are hitting that top spot well these days!! Thanks.
Mary, beetroot is a salad vegetable, which grows as a root and has to be boiled until soft and its a dark red colour, I love it au natural, but many people like it with vinegar and also pickled. You can make soup with it, and in some countries they serve it cold and call it Borscht. See the weblink here:
I'm pleased you loved the puzzle, thanks.
Hmmm...wonder what a beetroot is, but I loved the puzzle! 3:24 Thanks, Mandy!
Yes, definitely beetroot, Mandy.
LOL - Dagmar, I just noticed how quick!!! Well done :~)
LOL - Kirsten, you could have saved the for lunch!!! I'm pleased to hear they were enjoyed though, thanks.
Dagmar, I agree with you, those lower ones would make nice Christmas decorations.... glad to hear enjoyed your quickie!! Thanks.
I love the mixture of colours and the silver and "beetroot" red go wonderfully together. The two bottom ones would make perfect Christmas ornaments. :))
Thanks for some very quick fun Mandy. :))
YUM!! I enjoyed my beetroot soup and greens. Although it certainly was one of the stranger breakfasts I've ever had!! LOL Thanks Mandy. :)))
