THANKS robryan, anther AND Healer I THINK IT BELONGS TO THE BANKSIA/PROTEA FAMILY. IT IS IN AUSTRALIA.
Stunning photo! I'm guessing it's a banksia of some sort and probably Australia. Any enlightenment KARLS?
It looks like a Yellow Bottlebrush to me - from Australia. They come in lots of varieties & colours.
What is the name of this wildflower? It's beautiful! Love the photo.
THANKS pilley AND loveydear, I HAVE TAKEN A FEW WILDFLOWER PHOTOS BUT THE BEST WILDFLOWERS ARE JUST ABOUT OVER. SOME ARE SO BRILLIANT BUT THE CAMERA DOESNT SEEM TO CAPTURE THE ADDED LUMINOSITY.
Wow, that is "wild"! I've never seen that before!
Stunning, thanks for the posts.
