Mom and I watched this many times when it was on the air. Still catch a show now and then on various channels. Whole family watched the Hee Haw. Grins!☺♫♫

I used to have to watch Lawrence Welk with my grandparents. I preferred "Hee Haw" which followed LW.

yes, Westley, I saw it. They only put it in a few small arthouse theatres, only one in the entire Portland OR area. It was excellent, included interviews and show footage I had not seen and I've seen just about everything, concert footage by a woman in SF she never developed, and after the movie, the entire set they did at Shea Stadium was played. Really cool, better than I expected. You can probably find it on Hulu, but without the concert.

We watched every week, I had Lennon Sister paper dolls.

As soon as I saw this photo with their names sewn on their dressses (or so I thought, looking at it quickly), I was surprised to learn that the Mouseketeers recorded with Lawrence Welk!!!! Ooops! LOL!
