Thank you, Schutkleur, PLG, Puzzaddled, and Jacques. I looked at your recommendation, Schutkleur, I forgot to mention that earlier. ; ) Puzzaddled, no, I don't live in Battle Creek. The lights also are in the nearby zoo, Jacques, but only the pictures of the 12 Days were in the Battle Creek paper.
love it Rose
Hi, Rose...I am really enjoying these! Do you live in Battlecreek?
Thank you, PLG. It is a delight to see. There is parking along the river that runs through downtown and a nice place to walk to see the lights.
Looks like a fun festival! Thanks, RH!
You`re right, Roseheather. This image is quite Dutch. "Melkmeisjes". We also have a "Kaasmeisje " called Antje, promoting cheese al over the world. Different girls of course and probably none of them is called "Antje " :))))Just type : Kaasmeisje Antje, on Google, and you`ll find a lot of images. But as so often, only some of them really concern Antje :)))
Schutkleur: I thought of you puzzle with the kitty in the "klomp" when I saw these maids a milking. I think they are usually portrayed as Dutch maids in pictures I have seen.
