I well recall the truck with the flowers, Beekay. I wondered if you "hijacked" it. :) That's quite awesome that Greg Hartford may have been the driver!!!

Sounds like a great idea, coffee & donuts yum. Thanks for the tip WEagle. ♥

If you get to Bar Harbor, ME, be sure to take time to take the ferry, The cat, over to Nova Scotia. It is a beautiful trip over and into Digby. Went up to Fundy Bay was sooo beautiful! Oh, and if you like coffee, you have to stop at Tim's for a few cups while there. LOL My sis and I can not pass without stoppin for the coffee and donuts there!

Beekay

This is an area of Acadia I haven't seen (experienced) yet. Will add it to my wish list Ginger and hope to be able to check it off one day!

Nice link Suzy. And I recognized the photographer Greg Hartford when I saw his picture! Remember the red pickup truck filled with flowers that I photographed at Asticou Gardens? I'm nearly positive this is the friendly gentleman who was driving it.

It's low tide in this photo because you can see the "path" to Bar Island from the mainland. When the tide is out, one can walk to the island, but be aware of when high tide is so you don't get stranded!
Here's a link that might be interesting.
