Not only that, Mountain, but we had 75 degrees today! This weather is all screwed up, and we've actually had almost no cold weather this year. Thanks for stopping by.
You have Daffodils and we are expecting a snow storm in my area of Ontario
;) Not when you're around!
the world is upside down!
No, RR, I'm still dreaming of the white Christmas! We had it on Christmas day, but none since. I'd love a big old snow like this, and the past two or three years, it's snowed on Valentine's day, so there's still hope! Thank you, Warbler! Good to see you.
Brave souls, I'd run out and pick them, too. Nice one Texas
Great photo tex - have you had more snow?
Yes, Daffodils are tough, they'll pull through, but the flowers with snow on them won't look very nice. Cel, ours are in full bloom. I was out & about most of the day today, and they are a sight to see. Narcissus, too, the white ones. Thanks, JiggyBelle, GNT, Patti, Chooks, Fodus, Gracie & Celeste for stopping in and for your comments. It's always my pleasure!
Wow I know mine are coming up in the flower bed now.. they are like an inch tallGreat picture Texas :)
Too early? that's impossible Tex!
Daffodils are strong and will recover from most frosts.
The weight of the snow doesn't seem to be weighing the daffodils down - this is really a strange sight to me as we know when spring has sprung when the first daffodils show their beautiful colors - great one, thanks tex:)
But it sure looks wonderful!
great pic texas
Gorgeous photo! Thanks, Tex!
You're most welcome, Niccolino, I hope it's right around the corner for you! Thanks, Diana, glad you like it.
So pretty. Nice.
Am hoping this is the promise of spring to come here in England! Gorgeous - thanks for posting.
I would always run right out and pick them for a bouquet before they froze anyway! Thanks, Robbos & Chickie.
Their color makes them stand out amongst the snow:)
It still makes a perdy picture.
