The Pansies and my White Aster but also the Thyme (in front of the wheelbarrow) are doing great!
The big shadow on the fence is my pink rose bush which is also still doing wonderfully well! ♥

Impie

Fingers crossed for a mild winter again Pammi!!♥♥

Pammi

Hi Impie. How nice that everything in your garden is still blooming so well. It would be great if you have a mild winter this year then perhaps you can still enjoy all the wonderful colours in your (and Goofie's) garden. ☺♥☺

RebeccaB

Right.

Impie

Yes I think so Rebecca.....you mean: an apple a day keeps the doctor away ?! :))

RebeccaB

Looks like, along with winter, you'll be keeping the doctor away. ;) (Do you have that saying?)

Impie

I hope Winter won't do so any time soon either Rebecca ;))

After we picked the apples we sorted them and of the smallest ones I made a big bowl of apple sauce. We took the fresh peeling and the cores to the small Animal Farm...the goats and the 2 pigs loved it☺☺
I have also made 2 (turnover?) apple pastries (nice with a cup of tea) and days later I again used a few apples to make a small bowl of apple sauce. We still have some apples left and they're getting riper by the day, but we'll just peel these apples and eat them 'raw'. ;)

RebeccaB

Winter has certainly not knocked on your door yet! What did you do with all your apples? If you said, I missed it.
